Dan Schwartz is a Partner at Baughman Kroup Bosse. Dan is a skilled commercial litigator whose practice encompasses the full array of complex civil matters, including bankruptcy and creditor rights, antitrust, breach of contract, business torts, and employment litigation. Dan has significant experience representing clients in the banking and financial services industry, including in cases involving complex structured credit transactions, interbank lending, and complex derivatives. Dan has also represented clients in the energy and hospitality industries, as well as professional sports leagues, real estate developers, and manufacturers. Dan has tried and argued significant cases in the Southern District of New York, the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and before various arbitration tribunals, among others.
