Summer Interns

We offer summer internships, both for undergraduate college students and law school students (2nd to 3rd year). Internship opportunities are available in both the Norfolk and New York office locations. No previous legal experience is required. We are looking for people with strong academics and an interest in litigation. Interns will get exposure to trials and the trial process. Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter. Law clerk applications should also include a law school transcript and writing sample.

Internship applications for Summer 2026 should be submitted between September 1st, 2025, and January 31st, 2026. Interviews will be held during February 2026, with final decisions announced on March 15th, 2026.
